Submission emails are used by AIndexr only to verify a submission, contact the submitter, and send review updates. They are not displayed in the public directory. Outbound clicks store an anonymous visitor identifier, referrer path, and necessary UTM fields. Closed submissions are deleted or anonymized according to privacy and financial retention requirements.
